TamFinancials provides a platform for trading various financial instruments including stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, options, ETFs, and commodities. By using our trading services, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• We do not provide investment advice
• Market conditions may affect the execution of orders

5. Fees and Charges

Our fee structure is clearly displayed on our platform. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify our fees with prior notice. Current fees include:

• $0 commission on stocks and ETFs
• 0.5% fee on cryptocurrency trades
• Variable spreads on forex and commodities
• $0.65 per contract on options

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraud
• Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TamFinancials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
